America at Home concept home breaks ground, we’re hiring, social media in 2021

America at Home concept home breaks ground

This week the Concept Home for the America at Home Study broke ground and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

Last year, the America at Home Study revealed changes underway regarding how Americans perceive of and want to live in their homes. Now, the same team that launched the study is collaborating with homebuilder Garman Homes to design and build a concept home that reflects what Americans desire in a new home. Construction on the concept home is currently underway and is anticipated to open in June. Here’s a nice piece our PR team just secured in BUILDER on the home.

We’re hiring

Speaking of our PR team, we’re looking for an Account Manager to run the day-to-day for some amazing clients. You should be a highly organized self-starter interested in a remote position (we were a “remote company” before it was cool). Someone that has experience within the real estate industry is a plus. If you have 5+ years of experience working in an agency setting and bring stellar, demonstrable organization skills we want to talk. Get in touch here.

Do your buyers or customers use social media?

Well, yes. Yes, they do. But how often and how much? According to a new survey from Pew Research Center, a majority of Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram users say they visit these platforms on a daily basis. Not surprisingly, YouTube and Facebook continue to dominate the online landscape, with 81% and 69% usage among all ages. Younger adults (18- to 29-year-olds) say they use Instagram (71%) or Snapchat (65%), while roughly half say the same for TikTok. So, what platforms do you use to reach your customers?
