Many builders have accelerated their digital sales programs by investing in tech apps to enhance the online sales process. For instance, client TRI Pointe Group and its brands have expanded the use of digital platforms so buyers can self-schedule appointments online, attend virtual tours and events, leverage interactive tools, access an online design studio, interact with the sales team, and even reserve a home online-from the safety and comfort of their own homes. As COVID continues, builders need to think of new ways to engage online.
