Online, search and you
Sure, this advice is written for contractors that aren't online yet (really?) but it has some solid advice overall, especially when it comes to search. In a nutshell, potential clients "will be confused, frustrated, and suspicious if they cannot find you after a quick Google search." Truer words have never been written. It doesn't matter if you're a builder with one staffer or a production builder with an army of employees. If you don't exist in a Google search, then you don't exist. If you don't have a solid SEO strategy? You're probably pages below your competition. See us if you need search help.

A mere 51 percent of ages 13-17 say they use Facebook, down 20 percent from 2015. Meanwhile, services like Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat saw dramatic growth. One: Today's teens are tomorrow's homebuyers. Two: How are you planning to reach them? Three: Our take? More visuals, less big, boring blocks of text for this audience.
